How we care for our workers
The cultivation process of red currants and blackberries at our farm is labor-intensive. We collaborate with skilled laborers from Romania. At Sikkert Berry's, we ensure that these employees have excellent working conditions and also provide them with a pleasant living environment. With over 20 fully furnished houses and shared dining and recreational facilities, we prioritize respect and care for our workforce.
